road trains dominate

One thing that soon becomes apparent while traveling around the Out Back regions is the frequent sightings of the road trains. The cattle truck in "RoadTrain Dusk, 10/4 2003" decided to share the parking space with 'Sherman" at dusk in nothern Queensland. Roads trains can be up to 50 meters long and on some of the not so wide out back roads getting past that weaving rear boggy is a feat of absolute courage.
